We are seeking a highly organized and proactive remote Dispatcher to coordinate the daily schedules and logistics of our field technicians.The Dispatcher will optimize technician schedules, maximize job density, and help field teams stay focused on completing inspections.You'll serve as a central point of contact for 20+ field technicians and coordinate with various teams.Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the daily dispatch schedule across San Diego and Quad-County service areas.Coordinate technician assignments based on location, availability, workload, and job requirements.Monitor schedules throughout the day and make real-time adjustments for cancellations, delays, site access issues, and other changes.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or related role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and scheduling systems.Vert Environmental is a leading third-party industrial hygiene consulting and testing company serving residential and commercial clients across California.
