Driver Check-In CoordinatorWe are seeking a detail-oriented Driver Check-In Coordinator to manage driver check-ins and facilitate efficient communication within our warehouse. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of driver logistics and maintaining accurate records.ResponsibilitiesCheck in drivers at the warehouse and provide them with instructions on parking and facility access.Answer calls from drivers and give them directions to the facility.Advise drivers on bay assignments and provide necessary instructions.Update the system with completed orders to maintain accurate records.Communicate with the warehouse crew regarding work orders.Schedule appointments and deliveries at the warehouse and client locations.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry and clerical tasks.Strong customer service skills.Experience in scheduling drivers and managing inventory.Ability to handle front desk duties.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in clerical, data, and document control.Ability to navigate through internal inventory systems and Outlook simultaneously.Effective communication skills, especially when dealing with drivers.Why Work Here?We offer competitive benefits including a 401k plan with a match up to 3%, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement both locally and nationally.Work EnvironmentThis position is based in the warm section of a cold storage warehouse office.
