Paradigm is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Intake Coordinator to join our Intake Operations team. The role handles DME and Home Health referrals, ensures timely communication, and supports injured workers, payors, and providers.

The position is fully remote with a Monday–Friday shift from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM EST. The ideal candidate has at least one year in Injury/Workers' Compensation contexts, strong communication skills, and proficiency with common software.
