Open role:

Maintenance Technician - Ensure all property equipment is functioning and premises are maintained in pristine condition. Perform repairs, preventative maintenance inspections, and out-of-room cleaning as outlined in company standards. Maintain fire safety equipment, guest room repairs, and overall hotel cleanliness. Handle emergency responses and work with minimal supervision while providing the best possible experience for guests and associates.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED; one to three months related experience preferred. Must read and speak English proficiently, follow safety rules and maintenance instructions, and apply good judgment. Physical requirements include remaining mobile, accessing low areas, traversing heights, and occasionally pushing/pulling objects up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in outside weather conditions and moderate to loud noise levels.
