Guest Service Representative - Tigard, OR

As a Guest Service Representative, you'll be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities include checking guests in and out, processing payments, answering phones, assisting with guest requests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby and common areas. You'll also help set up and maintain breakfast service and ensure all safety and security procedures are followed.

We're looking for team members who demonstrate a 100% commitment to guest satisfaction, can resolve issues through our Make it Right process, and treat everyone with respect and kindness. Cross-training opportunities in housekeeping and laundry are available.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
