Other duties may be assigned .Greet our customers and provide them with exceptional customer serviceGive the customer your full attentionWork in conjunction with store managers, department managers, PICs and line level associates as appropriate regarding security matters within the storePatrol and monitor activities on the premisesEvict trespassers and violators and, under very limited circumstances, detain subjects while following legal protocols before the appropriate authorities arrive and take chargeControl the entrance and departure of associates and customers according to protocolsMonitor surveillance cameras for disruptions or unlawful activitiesProvide detailed reports on daily activities and incidents that may have occurred to managementUtilize communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise mannerPerform CPR or first aid when neededHandle crisis situations at the store in a calm, professional, and efficient mannerWork with local law enforcement and other security companies as appropriatePosition is full-timeSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Position will require successfully completing CPR/First Aid training and Basic Security Certification, both paid for by Zupan's Markets.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations. Ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from other managers, associates & customers.REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
