Role Description

C.A.R.E is seeking a motivated and experienced Shop/Service Manager to oversee daily business operations at our location in Clackamas, OR. This full-time, on-site role involves project management, supervising service techs and assigning installation and service calls based on experience and skills, ensuring accurate pricing of services and parts, coordinating with workshop, optimizing logistics and ensuring the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). The Service Manager will collaborate across departments to align operational processes with company goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive efficiency. The role includes leading improvement initiatives and addressing operational challenges. Occasional hands on work will be required as well (visiting job sites, etc.)

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills to train, motivate, and supervise staff effectively
Experience in logistics, project coordination, and day-to-day operations management
Proficiency in workflow optimization, operational strategy, and process improvement
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
Familiarity with waste management or equipment industries is a plus
Proficiency in using service management software and tools (Service Titan is a Plus)
Ability to work on-site and commit to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
