Everyday has different computer problems, and our job is to solve those issues for our clients. As a team, we work to keep our customer networks, computers, security, and backups running smoothly. We face difficult issues, and fix them, communicate with the customers, each other, and provide excellent customer service while dealing with issues. This is the IT life. Sometimes this may include after hours work, but if we do our jobs, these events are planned weeks ahead of time.

This position is an hourly, full time position. Due to COVID, training, onboarding, most of your work will be remote, work from home. There will be work required onsite at client sites, and we work around our client requirements for social distancing, face masks, and even working when their clients and patients are not present.
