You: We are seeking a Production Supervisor who will help Indow thrive by providing front-line leadership and support to our Raw Materials processing department. Job snapshot: On a typical day the Raw Materials Production Supervisor will plan, organize and control production activities to ensure our raw materials are processed efficiently, on time, and to quality standards. You will work directly with our management team. This hands-on leadership role will also involve frequent collaboration with managers from various departments. 

Four Day Work Weeks! Shift hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 6:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage labor and materials to meet production, quality, and delivery goals
  • Quality Assurance - Ensure all inbound/outbound materials meet our quality criteria
  • Continuous Improvement - Actively pursue efficiency opportunities, lead the raw materials department with measurable productivity gains.  
  • Process Control and Creation - Standardize processes, develop and evolve training guides
  • EHS - Promote a safe and healthy work environment by practicing and applying safe working principles. “Zero is Possible.”
  • Reporting - Monitor, Refine, and Report key productivity and efficiency metrics, inventory, etc.

Primary Qualifications

  • Leadership: able to provide direction and motivation to workfloor
  • Experience managing quality and productivity metrics
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Strong problem solving skills 
  • Experience utilizing Lean manufacturing tools for workfloor improvement
  • Ability to promote a safe and healthy work environment

Experience & Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years production supervisory experience
  • Coaching and mentoring employees to perform their best
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience using standard office software programs and ERP a plus


  • Annual salary of $50,000+, depending on experience
