Join the team at Movemaker Northwest and become a part of a growing labor-only moving company! We are currently seeking motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and grow with us. Applicants must be able to lift and move 60+ lbs repeatedly, as well as 120+ lbs with assistance and/or equipment. We value punctuality, politeness, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow instructions. Previous moving experience is favorable, but we are willing to train the right people.

As a Crew member, you will be picked up and car-pool with your Lead to various job sites. Your main responsibility will be loading and unloading client's items to and from their homes, storage units, and moving trucks under the supervision of your Lead. While you will not be required to drive moving trucks or to pack/unpack client's items, handle the client questions or make big decisions about the flow of work, we do encourage all our employees to learn and grow within our company. We promote internally, and all Crew members will be considered for suitability for promotion to Lead (and beyond) as of their first day onsite.

We currently have multiple bookings almost every day, typically averaging around 6-8 hours of work. Although the number of bookings on a given day may change, our promise is transparency, and we will continually better the experience of working for us. Every time we raise our prices, we increase our wages. Within a year, we predict no Crewmember will be making less than $20/hour. Let's grow together!
