JOB SUMMARY:
The Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist performs accounting and bookkeeping functions for payroll, disbursement coding, payables, and reports. The position requires experience, as well as up-to-date knowledge and skills, in accounting and accounting-related computer programs to advance the work of the Center for Business & Finance. The person in this position is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, monthly payroll, and weekly check runs for accounts payable. QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION
Associate Degree in Accounting with at least three years of prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
