We are looking for an awesome new team member to join our house cleaning staff! Do you love staying active throughout the day? Have an eye for detail and take pride in helping others? This may be a great fit for you! As a small residential cleaning company service the Portland Metro, we hope to hire someone who enjoys their work and can take pride in what they do. The ideal candidate would be available during our business hours 7:30 am- 5:30pm Monday through Friday, although part - time positions may be available.

**We are offering a $750 Sign on Bonus after 60 working days of continuous employment**

W2 employment (not contracted) - We pay all applicable employment taxes
Pay scale starting $19/hr
Accrued PTO, Paid Time Off, after 6months of employment
Paid training
Monday through Friday work schedule
No nights or weekends!

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• Customer Service – Greet customers, handle/direct questions, establish a friendly working relationship with clients.
• Cleaning – Complete all designated tasks. Clean baths, kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, laundry rooms, and any extra services. This also includes sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, emptying waste baskets, dusting, and polishing.
• Quality Control – Follow/complete checklists for each clean to ensure quality control, have an eye for detail.
• Safety Compliance – Follow set safety procedures.
• Equipment – Follow all proper procedure for the use of Clean Arrival equipment and Vehicles.

Must Haves:
-Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand on feet for extended periods of time
-Ability to read and write in English
-Driver's license and a clean driving record
-Smart phone and email to access time tracking, work apps, and scheduling
