Jones & Roth, a regional CPA and Wealth Management Firm, has an excellent opportunity for a full time, highly motivated, results-driven individual to provide administrative support for the fast-paced Financial Advisory Services team.

The successful candidate must be team-focused, client-centered, organized, enthusiastic and detail-oriented. Excellent computer and technology skills are required.

  • Prepare/process account paperwork
  • Prepare reports & meeting deliverables as needed
  • Provides administrative support to Financial Advisors
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Respond to client service requests
  • Maintain documentation of records
  • Learns and adheres to confidential & compliance standards
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

  • Ability to learn new technology 
  • Previous office experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must successfully complete reference and background checks
